PROJECT OVERVIEW
Global Teamodo is Emodo's annual flagship event, a critical gathering to foster employee engagement and align on strategic priorities for the year ahead. As Creative Director, my role was to elevate the event's impact by developing a compelling internal brand that celebrated Emodo's unique culture and achievements, resonating deeply with employees worldwide.
MY ROLE
Art Direction: Established a cohesive visual identity for Global Teamodo, encompassing logos, typography, color palettes, and graphic elements that reflected the event's spirit of unity and innovation.
Branding: Crafted a comprehensive brand strategy that articulated the event's purpose, values, and messaging, ensuring a consistent and impactful experience across all touchpoints.
Event Design: Conceptualized and designed the overall event aesthetic, including stage design, signage, decor, and promotional materials, creating an immersive and engaging environment for attendees.
Theme Development: Developed a captivating theme for each year's Global Teamodo, infusing the event with a unique personality and narrative that inspired and motivated employees.
Event Planning: Collaborated with event planners to ensure the seamless execution of the creative vision, managing vendor relationships, timelines, and budgets.
RESULTS & IMPACT
Global Teamodo consistently achieved high levels of employee attendance and participation, fostering a strong sense of community and belonging within the company.

Redefining Horizons
The internal conference, themed "Redefining Horizons," embraced a unique visual identity derived from Ericsson's three ticks. These iconic symbols were transformed into an abstract horizon, showcasing both rising and setting suns as a nod to Emodo's worldwide presence and multi-time zone operations. Held in the sun-drenched locale of Florida, the conference's branding further embraced the local environment, creating a visually cohesive and memorable experience.
